I'm astonished at the amount of reach my little update had. Wasn't expecting that in the least.

Then I think it's time for the final blog post, so I can close things down. I'm reminded of something my wife once quoted at a different funeral, many years ago. Dylan Thomas. Not my favourite poet, but it's what came to mind at 2:00 AM.

"You have played,
(I think)
And broke the toys you were fondest of,
And are a little tired now;
Tired of things that break, and-
Just tired.
So am I."
