I can say that all this planning about thinking about the next step has paid off. I was worried that my plans for the next arch were going to make the story more muddled than it's already gotten in certain areas, but I think this chapter is really coming along great, pushing Shining closer to his next trial wile still covering loose ends with regards to Twilight side of the story and introducing new elements from both the comics and latter season of the show after Twilight's Kingdom. Originally y I played with the idea of having one of the gems be in the mirror world, but then I derided to scrap that idea since there's already so much going on.

Shining Armors grand epic continues soon.
