You need to redo this. Not enough thought put into this. Just seems like a bunch of crazy stuff packed in to make the character cool with little care for backstory or personality.

Appearance: Skinny, average height for griffons, white feathers with green tips, right eye blue, left eye brown. Sepia fur.
Job: Lunar guard.
Personality: Kind, and friendly to his friends, but has the habit to be rash and stubborn in fights.
He's not used in a story.
BTW, I'm in the middle of this story so I don't know that much about griffons if you used any Griffon OCs, but I wanted to try submitting one of my own.

He hates bullying and will stop if it goes to far but he hates the person who's being bullied even more, special if they don't stand up for them selves. Likes people with gusto and strong wills!

His son was born 3 years after this but the same night his wife died a few minutes after the birth. Now he owns a boxing gym in ponyville and train any who are willing including his some Gental fist. Some of the ponys he trained ended up becoming royal guards.

Personality: Joke Tricks personality is something to question, one moment he could be smiling happily, singing a happy song, the next he could be crying in fake tears before finally becoming completely bare of emotions. His emotions, though if real or not, seem to swing widely depending on the situation, often acting in a way that is completely uncalled for. He has no interest in friendship and treats his allies like tools, often killing them if they don’t ‘play’ his way. In addition, he will most likely kill anyone with a smile and doesn't really seem to take any of it very seriously, often claiming it’s for the ‘fun’ and that’s what clowns do.
Scars, Allergies, and Illnesses: Heavily scared on the right side of his face, with the fur completely gone.
Accessories: -Clown mask that only covers the right side of the face.

-Pack of playing cards with sharpened edges (semi-weapons)
Skills: Scarf manipulation – Joke Tricks uses his magic to control his scarves any way he wants. Often sharpening the cloth to near steal like quality, he can use the ends as blades to cut almost anything, or using them to block magic and regular attacks by creating a shield with the cloth. He can also fuse the cloth together to make fake wings for flight, which can last for a short amount of time.
-Bomb pieces – By tearing off pieces of his scarves, Joke Tricks can cause the pieces to explode on his command with his magic. Usually used after the cloth has wrapped around a person or item.
-Emotion readings – While having fake emotions, Joke Tricks can read a ponies emotion quite easily, often using his fake emotions to cause a reaction on his opponent.

mane: (when his fur change so does the color of his hair.) His mane is short patchy burned looking.
Scars: Burn mark covers his hole body except a small patch on the left part of his face.
Accessories: A fireproof camo bandana around his neck and a silver ring around his right pinky. The ring has a design of to dragons breathing fire at each other.

personality: He's rage induced will kill you if you look at him funny. He is smart, can trick people with ease to the point were they trust him more then themselves. Enjoys long walks on the beach. Never lets any one of his victims escape and if they do he will hunt them down with a blind rage making sure that they are dead without a doubt. Has a good sense of humor and enjoys a good laugh. Don't give a dam about friendship but will grant his victims a last request.
Skills: Has the power to control the three flames of the world. Black flame has the power to destroy the soul but not the body. Red flames has the power to destroy the body and not the soul. And now for the Blue flame for him to get that stuff he hast to combine both red and black. Blue fire can destroy anything it wants but he has little to no control over it. Flames must make contacted to burn.
-control- so his flames don't kill him he has mastered the ability to control them (Has trouble with blue).
-Survival- Knows basic survival skills.
-summoning- His hands will ooze out the flames but burns like hell.
