Q & A Time! And another Update · 6:07pm Jul 9th, 2015
First off, the chapter update. I was hoping to have finished it on the flight, but I just kept going, and going, and going. That's probably a good thing right? I just kept finding places to add stuff and make it run smoother and longer. I'm almost done though I swear! XD I know where I want to cut it off and I'm almost to that point.
Now, for the fun part! Here are the questions I was asked and my answers to them.

1. Does Shadow squad meet the same fate as Noble team? ( yes or no. no other details )
Nope, it never once crossed my mind :)
2.If you could pick any profession in the future regardless of actual skill/ability (fireman, builder, international tennis champion and down right amazing chap). what would you choose?
Astronaut, hands down. I would love to actually be one, but I’m a bit slow at math. And, I both fear and love space. I’m not sure I could actually get myself onto the rocket to go to space :/
3. When and how did you become a brony?
In the fall of 2013, I was on an app called ifunny. I had used it for a few months and enjoyed the memes, the lol pics (and the occasional nude pic XD), when I stumbled across a poorly made MLP comic. Now, I knew that there was a show called My Little Pony and had seen very, very brief commercials about it on TV and when I was babysitting, but that’s as far as I knew about it.
Anyways, this comic confused me as I didn’t understand the references (It involved Spike and Twilight and something to do with books XD) and I saw the term, ‘Brony’. I was like, “Wtf? Are they trying to say brownie or something?” A google search later I discovered that there was a huge fandom made up of adults who liked this show made for little kids and geared towards girls especially.
Now, I don’t judge by appearance and I didn’t condemn those who liked it, but I thought it was kind of silly and a bit abnormal. (Okay, I did think it was weird aight?) But then I stumbled across it again a few days later. So, I decided to give it a shot.
The first episode did not necessarily convince me, but I have a rule when watching TV series. I have to watch the first three episodes. The reason I do this is because I know that some TV shows have horrible pilots but actually turn out to be really good later on. So, I watched three and decided that it was alright. I then watched some very… interesting… adult takes of it on youtube with much more mature themes and references. This only gave me more incentive to watch all of the seasons up to the current date at the time (I think it was season 2 that was completed).
Finally, since I wasn’t involved any further in the community other than having watched it, I joined a brony group on Steam to see what would happen. A few days later, they had a spotlight featuring an author from Fimfiction. He had asked for some editing help. I had never been on Fimfiction, nor had I ever heard of it, but I offered my help and I was introduced to the site. Bada bing, bada boom, here I am now ;D
4.Have you completed all the Halo games on Mythic difficulty?
No, I’ve never played Halo 2 through and through (Although it was my first time playing Halo ever at a friends) and while I have played all the others, I’ve only beaten Reach and 3 on Legendary. Halo: Combat Evolved is fucking hard enough on Heroic XD That damn Library level!
5.What is your favorite chocolate/sweet (candy?)?
Swedish Fish, but too many and I can get sick.
6.Got any more ideas on new stories? (I keep thinking some up and I'm not even a writer)
I used to have a ton, but I’ve since tossed most of them out because they were not good ideas. At all. They were more, spur of the moment epic ‘what if’ ideas that I really didn’t want to try and develop AN ENTIRE story around because they were just action sequences. With that said however, I do have several story ideas that I plan on pursuing in the future, only a little bit of Halo, the rest new stuff.

8.What are you most afraid of. ( For me, it's eating multiple big spiders )
I’m not afraid of too many things. Earlier, when I was talking about space, I don’t think it’s a ‘fear’. I think it’s more of a ‘since I don’t know, it could be dangerous’ or a self preservation problem. For example, I love roller coasters and will get on them, but that feeling that washes over me when it’s a new coaster and my hearts beating, that’s a similar feeling for space to me.
Other than that, I have a fear, or healthy respect, for the unknown. That can be scary sometimes, but it’s important not to make quick conclusions or assumptions about it. I also have a slight fear of falling if I’m on high things.
9.Did you choose Lilly as a character because she was the only female submitted? (If not, what made her special?)
Lilly was the second female character submitted, following our resident Spartan IV, Erika. Her being female did indeed sway my decision slightly, but it was her attributes and other details that you gave her that ultimately secured her a spot on Shadow. We needed someone who was a bit hot tempered to help balance out how many ‘quiet’ and ‘lone wolf’ submissions I got. See the problem?
10. LAST QUESTION!!!!! What is your favorite colour? (Colour combination is also good. like red n black)
My favorite color (lolz, American English in this house XD) is probably a medium to darker shade of blue with almost any of the other colors combination. It’s hard to choose. I like all colors. They're just... so colorful!

What inspired you to write Guardian?
Ooooooh, this is a toughy. Uhm, I am obsessed with Halo and after having read so many other Halo/MLP fics, I decided I would write my own. But, I didn’t want to write the same old ‘Chief falling from the Forward Unto Dawn onto Equestria’ cliche. So, Ale was born. I tried to break a lot of cliched material, but it definitely needs a rewrite XD

What is the meaning of life?
There are many answers. Different medias have reported said answers to be, 42, eat and reproduce, to find yourself, to learn a lesson for the next life, etc, etc.

Who is you favorite pony? Both from the mane six and background ponies.
Uh, it changes? I think primarily Luna is best ponE, but I like Rarity and it’s a tie between Maud, Vinyl, and Octavia. Pre episode 100 that is. I don’t really like what they did there :/ And I haven’t seen anything past it yet.

Favorite villain from the show and in general?
Another tie between both Nightmare Moon (Because she’s deliciously evil) and Chrysalis (Because I can see where she’s coming from and, while she did do wrong, shouldn’t be shunned. She really, really strikes me as human in many ways).

we are somewhat similar as to how we became bronies, if you wanna know my story read on, otherwise, good update, lookin' forward to the chapter.
i had finally had enough with all this bad stuff about the Twilight books/films. gave it a bit of a look but couldn't really find much to love or hate. i was even more interested in finding out what the vampires look like in sunlight. (other than just on fire) my first few searches were either filmed on a potato that had lost the will to record or utter bollocks. so i searched in youtube for "Sparkling vampires". nothing. "Twilight vampires in sunlight". nothing. "Twilight sparkle vampires" ponies/nothing. "Twilight sparkle". ponies, nothing but ponies.
after seeing the vast quantity of ponies something in me snapped. "i have been deliberately avoiding this material since i found out about it. well, blue used to be a colour for girls." so i went onto my usual, watch anything website (don't tell anyone) and found the whole firsts season of MLP and the first quarter of season 2. i watched the first three episodes (we have the same policy) and was hooked. it was 5 in the morning when i finally stopped.
then i found the brony fandom and just sourta, sidled in past the welcoming committee and promptly gorged myself on all the fan content.

Fluffle Puff is cool, but I can't label her as my overall favorite. I just have sooooooo many that I like.
