Fist off, here's a new menace to Equestria.
Fallout Equestria: The Sparkle-Lurker Nest is a side story for Fallout Equestria: Dance of the Orthrus following the bombastic DJ, in an adventurer she had herself years before the main story took place.
When I was first writing "Dance of the Ortrus" I was hitting a huge writers block. Simply things just did not work out in the long run, the characters felt over powerd, the main character was too bland, and the storys logic would have itself end only four/five chapters in with the main character becoming irrelevant as soon as she got back home. So ya, chapter one got scraped hard, which was sad because it was going to show you all a peek inside one of the Orthrus bases.
What Lurkers Nest did was help me think of a better start, and flush out the world a little in my mind. The main character Chime Bell Echo, and Orthrus Specter became Vibraphone Echo, a former Orthru trooper. Her mission to investigate the enclave became an escort mission for a shady pony. With her no longer working with Orthrus, she no longer had a standard procedure in which would have killed the story at the end of the first act. So ya, Lurker Nest was fun to wright, and super helpful in writing the main story.

In other news, I got a new editor. With Gama busy with a new job, I didn't want to just bugg him until I was another pain in his skull. So now I got C8002 to help me out. This is new water for me, so bear with me, I do have ch3's rough draft done, and I'm working on ch4. So keep an eye out for me, and if any one of you would like to help out, let me know.
