Due to work, I most likely won't be able to post even a 500 word chapter of Royal Fillies on time. If I do manage it, it will be a short thing, as the recent chapters have been. After that and another chapter or something, I'm planning (plan made a few seconds after I typed up 'chapter'. The plan is subject to change) to dedicate two chapters to each year of Inova and Skyla's education.
Here, I will reveal part of my design for the Equestrian school system: the grades and their equivalent ranges here on Earth. At least based on my experiences
-EQ kindergarten is the equivalent of preschool and kindergarten here on Earth.
-EQ elementary covers grades 1-3, compared to 1-4 here
-EQ middle school covers 4-6, which is 5-7 here
-EQ junior high covers 7-8, which is 8-9 here
-EQ high school covers 9-10, which is 10-12 here
If I follow my plan to the letter, then that's around a year's worth of chapters dedicated to school. More if slice of life chapters are added in.
In related news, I've written a potential future scene out where an adult Inova takes over a clan of dragons. How cool is it? Let's just say that there is a legendary roar in it and leave this blog on that note.
