I would chose to be with Princess Luna, of course!
If we had a filly, she would be named Aysel. If a colt, Máni.
That is pretty fly for Fluttershy!
After a bit of thought and assuming she would even be interested. I would choose Fluttershy. I believe our personalities would mix well together. I like animals and love peace and quiet.
If Fluttershy didn't work out, I would go for Applejack. She seems to have her life pretty well thought out. Plus I'm no stranger to farm work. Also, seeing that I say almost next to nothing in the real world, I think I would get along with Mac.
As for kids, just like any good man. Agree with whatever the wife chooses.
That being said, I've always been a fan of Apollo for a boy and Athena for a girl.
I would pick the great and powerful Trixie. With me being really quite and her more open it would be a perfect pair. We would live near sugarcube corner and we would have a colt named Tiper and a filly named Ruse.

I think I would go for Applejack. She is strong, in body as much as in spirit, incredibly adorable, loving towards her family and friends and has the most beautiful eyes of all ponies. Also, I like work outside and together with others, so I think I could handle the farmwork.
Personally, I don't really care for foal names, but in regards of the Apple families traditional naming scheme I would suggest Auralia for a filly and Cardinal for a colt.
