Two New OCs - Rao Chao-xing & Ethelinda

So recently within the last month I've created a couple OCs. Thought I'd share them with you and see what you think of their design in general. Not exactly looking for any suggestions but rather a reaction to their design.

Genre/Type: Anime OC
Name: Rao Chao-xing
Gender: Female
Age: Young. In her teens. Haven’t fully decided yet.
Race: Human Asian (Chinese).
Height: 5’4’’
Appearance:
Hair - Short and boyish. Colored sea green with one yellow ban of hair on the forefront, curved like a crescent moon .
Skin Color - Pale white.
Eye Color - Yellow.
Clothing - Black. Most of it was black with silver trims. Her style was that of what you’d imagine from a warrior. She wears a combination of leather and plated mail armor, with leather straps crisscrossing down the middle. On the end of each leather straps are silver rings that dangle. She wears black leather boots and gloves. Only thing that wasn’t black was her grey, white-lined ribbon accessory that she tied on the chest of her armor. Around her waist, popping out from underneath the armor, is a thigh-length black skirt with white frills (like a combination of Anime and Witcher armor lol). Under her skirt she wears tight black pants with cuisses protecting her thighs and knee. Wrapped just above her skirt waistline is a leather belt with a lot of hooks meant to hold bombs and potions.

Weapon: A 2 meter black bo staff with three gold bands on each end, separated from each other by 1 inch. The weapon has two transformation states. In the first transformation, the ends of the bo staff can extend into metal rods with a rounded orb on each end. The metal ends of the bo staff are capable of dealing electrical damage. The second transformation shortens the bo staff down to 2 feet and a razor-chain metal whip extends from one end of the bo staff.
In the state, the weapon is magical in nature and the whip can extend as far as the user/wielder can see and can influence the direction to where the whip goes. Although the longer the whip is, the more difficult it is to control. The whip is also electrical and can direct its electricity into bolt projectiles.

Powers:
The skirt is magical in nature and enables her to propel herself through the air with jet jumps. Not very easy to use when maneuver but skirt has a safety feature that slows her descent when landing.

Silver medallion is sensitive to the presence of magic. However it’s only able to detect magic that is in an active state. Anything magic that’s dormant is slightly undetectable. Also enables her to see in the dark when in active use.

Name: Ethelinda (Archaic. Meaning ‘Noble Snake’)
Nicknames: Ethe, Linda.
Gender: Female
Species: Winged Naga
Appearance - Naga:
Height: 6’7’’
Scale Colors - Dark Purple with dark-rimmed white spots lining her back.
Eyes - Yellow snake eyes with pointed corners.
Unique Features:
Head - Has a hood like a cobra. Can be folded like such. The symbol on the back of her hood is shaped like an ‘S’, with larger circular ends. The two circular ends of the ‘s’ have black circles inside them. The ‘S’ symbol itself is white. Neck is elongated
Wings - Dragon-like. Color matches her scales, with the flaps of the wings being a lighter shade. The wing length is 18 feet apart if fully extended.
Breasts [Anthro Only] - Cup Size 36dd

Appearance - Naga Dragon:
Height: 27’9’’
Length: 55’6’’ (If head is extended way forward and her tail way back)
Scale Colors - Same as above.
Eyes - Same as above.
Unique Features:
Has the body of a four-legged dragon. Tail end has a total of four spikes, two on each side. Underside of the body is pale white, the color extending from the end of her tail all the way to her throat. Like a Naga, her neck is elongated. And while her head is more draconic-like, it still retains some of her core features of being a Naga such as her hood and snake-like mouth. However being draconic-like, it’s more ‘angular’ like a dragon’s head.
Wings stretch out are 45 feet across.

Powers:
Transformation into a dragon.
Poison-related attacks. Projectile Ranged and Melee.
Flight.
