I suppose it's been on my mind for a long time, but it never really occurred to me until recently. And because a few of you have been waiting for some projects I promised I'd finished, you deserve to know, as well.

You all probably know HudsonHawk, especially if you know me. Even though I've never met the man in person, he's my best friend on this site, on the internet, and probably ever.
Recently I discovered a site for content creators called Daisie. It allows people to post their work and ask for collaborators, and it was created by actress Maisie Williams, whom many of you might know as Arya Stark from Game of Thrones.
My first story to get 1,000 views, "A Very Sore Sunbutt", made that achievement in about 51 days. That's a week shy of two months.
My latest one-shot, "New Neighbor", just achieved the same milestone. In less than half the time!!
That's wild, you guys. Real wild . . .

You think that's crazy? It took one of my stories three months to get 600 up votes and that's with 90,000 words worth of chapters. Another story got 600 up votes in three days with 3000 words only.
3060959 Well, that's different. Longer story means a longer time to get upvotes, right? At least that makes sense. Both of my stories are one-shots below 6,000 words apiece.
"Sunbutt" was about twice the length of "Neighbor", and I imagine most views are the same readers, just jumping to the hot, steamy stuff. But still . . . . 
Do you think that story is my #1 fav. story without a reason? No, of course not! that is basically the reason why i love it
