It's good ol' me again. And .... I have a question
I said I'd pick up writing again, and I will! Starting from tomorrow, I'll write little by little (since I'll be writing this on my tablet... *sigh*) BUT if someone is willing to help me with the editing, that'd that'd be awesome.
I'll start with a non-pony story, (side project of mine)
I am now the self proclaimed CEO of the unofficial guinius marketing business! For true geniuses!
And my first duty is to make Queen famous again! While I'm fruiting damn autocorrect, while I'm working on an unofficial guinius marketing business plan, please comment your favourite Queen song below
I've been gone for quite a long time. I had depression and a slight alcohol problem. But, I've come back ... It took me way to long, but I'm done with sadness. I want to change .... Change back to who I once was.
But, (damn it!) During my absence, I've lost contact with two dear friends.
What Shadows Reborn said. There was a quote I heard once: 'If you fell in love with two people and don't know who to choose. Choose the second one because if you had truly loved the first one, you wouldn't have fallen in love with the second.' or something like that.
3009035 That I disagree with... Sometimes we don't realize we made a mistake the first time. That is why the old saying goes you don't know what you got tell it's gone. My belief is that the heart knows what it ants but can easily be tricked by the mind.
I don't know the context here, but I would say that there are strategies to Loving more then one person. And must of the problems faced there originate from societal pressure. Again not aware of the context, but you should never feel like you have to pick (but some times you do ).
Hey why aren't there more non-monogamous shipping stories?
3009714 Once again, this might not have anything to do with the situation. But for some people they do feel like they Love, or can Love, more then one person. Many of these people decided to be in non-monogamous relationships.
I myself was polyamorous, and had two girlfriends at one point. They knew about each other and I knew about their other boyfriends, who in turn knew about me. Looking back I'm not sure I was in love with either of them, but I did feel love for both of them.
3009847 That was the impression I got. However, It is important to acknowledge that there are people in the world who make drastically different life choices.
I personally would like to see this explored more in the magical talking horse world we all write and read in.
Imagine a fic where Twilight and Rarity find out that Rainbow Dash is dating both Sorian and Gilda (I picked two random characters I know often get shipped with Rainbow), Rainbow hadn't been forward with the fact she is dating Gilda because of how she had treated Rainbow's friends when they were younger (season 1). Twilight and the others decide to approach Rainbow Dash to ask why she is cheating on Sorian. Rainbow says she isn't and both Sorian and Gilda know and agree with the arrangement. Concerned that the element of Loyalty may be in trouble they go and have conversations with both the other parties only to find that Dash was not lying. This only causes more worry and debate between the mane 6... and when Equestria is threatened by a force that can only be stopped by the elements of harmony Twilight is unsure if the elements will work now because Rainbow dash is not exemplifying Loyalty. Turns out Rainbow's element works just fine. Still very confused Princess Twilight goes to see Cadence who explains that some ponies believe that love is limitless, and just because you love two ponies doesn't mean you love either less. And Non-monogamous ponies are still loyal to their partners, as long as they are only doing the things they and their partners have agree are okay, and approach problems directly so as not to break trust. After some more conversation and Twilight starts to feel less worried about Rainbow. Cadence decides to reveal that she too is in a non-monogamous relationship, and keeps Flash Sentry around for when Shining armor is away.
There you go a fic outline, view point of Twilight where the conflict revolves around the friends making judgments about another friend based solely on what society has told them is normal.
If somepony by chance reads that, and wants to write it (or something similar) I would love to work with you on it. I'm not so good a writing romance and the only character I seem to be able to write for consistently is Sunset Shimmers. But if somepony wants it I would love to proof-read it, and converse about it.
It is harsh but true.
Sometimes though love between three can work out depends on how strong the love is but that rarely works.
Mmhmm.
3009011 it hurts more then it helps
3009012 hmm?
3009013 Nothing.
3009013 *Hugs* Be strong bro I am still here for you. I don't have all the answers but I help with what I can.

3009018 thanks
3009035 that's wisdom. Thank you
3009045 Thanks. It's just a quote I saw... and I thought in your situation... maybe it would be of some good
3009050 it is. I have to tell this to someone
3009035 That I disagree with... Sometimes we don't realize we made a mistake the first time. That is why the old saying goes you don't know what you got tell it's gone. My belief is that the heart knows what it ants but can easily be tricked by the mind.
3009073 *sigh* don't make this even more confusing.
3009073 It's just a quote I know.

3009822 I am monogame. I love one person and stay loyal to him or her
