Birthday and A New One-Shot · 5:10pm Apr 21st, 2015
Yup, it's that time of the year for me once more. This time, the 'magical' number is 26. Shopping around for dental and health plan coverage in the US is quite fun, I got to say. More below the break, including details on the new story.
I've got a new one-shot that I sorta wrote for myself. What's so Special About the Birthday? It's pretty well applies to a lot of folks, really, and I hope that everyone takes some enjoyment away from it. It's not the sharpest written, but it's the first writing of more to come, the floodgates for writing are open once more... I just need to avoid staying up until 4 am to write.
26 now, although really at this point, the only truly eventful thing is that I'm starting to foot my own health and dental insurance, as in the US at the age of 26, children can no longer be covered underneath their parent's insurance programs. Even though technically I'm still a student, looking at another year or so until I finish my bachelors degree. Word of advice, for you all in college... don't drop or fail out. Really sets you back.
If you all are feeling kind/generous, I won't say no to starting an art fund for my stories, or for paying my instance bills. I'm going to go on an art binge sometime soon, been finding myself browsing DA and other sites more frequently lately. My email for Paypal is tomsawyer2007@gmail.com.
Now, have an awesome Radical Edward. Gonna be watching me some Bebop today!
Happy Birthday bby
I saw you said you're looking for a dental plan or something and that brought to mind something: My friend's mom just went to Costa Rica for a few weeks and had 2 cavities filled for $180 as compared to the 450 dollars she was going to have to pay in the states for the same treatment. She said she was really happy with the work done and said they are really professional down there. So I though I'd throw that out there in case you were interested.
My braces cost more than it would be for me to finance a vehicle...
happy lat B-day
