Another Blog Update--Status of my Stories · 1:00am Apr 16th, 2015
Hello again, all! I'm getting very close to 50 followers, so I think I'm going to try and do blog updates at least every couple weeks just to let you all know what's on deck and when to expect updates

The Most Chaotic Night Ever
Please expect the next update by this Sunday. Until the end of the month, I'll try to do one update a week (after that, my work schedule picks up a lot, so we'll probably have to go back to once every two weeks--sorry about that 
)
Upcoming Chapter Title (probably): "What Fun is There in Making Sense?" (or possibly something about Luna doing a lot of overtime because she's got like three scenes in this chapter

Fiendship is Magic Stories
I'm reading the Dazzlings comic right now. I should have the companion fic up by Sunday (I really want to keep posting these in the same week that the comics get released). Stay tuned for the Chrysalis story and the Luna story...and then a special bonus story I want to add to this just because I can't help myself 
Keep Calm and Chaos On
I want to have drafts of all the mini midquel stories done before I start posting. There are going to be about ten stories and I have about five of them drafted so far, so maybe look for them starting in May some time? I promise fun stuff (I think I managed to include french maid's outfits in one story while still keeping this fic Teen instead of Mature 
).
That's all that's on deck for now! 
Also, just a policy of mine that I want to express here for everyone since I'm new to writing in the pony fandom. I take writing very seriously (probably a bit too seriously but, hey, it's not the worst hobby to have 
), and I've been a regular fanfic author through ff.net for about eight years now. Anyway, my policy is that I do not abandon stories--ever. If it gets started, you have my personal guarantee that it'll get an ending (barring, naturally, my untimely demise or my sudden disappearance to Equestria, in which case, my apologies in advance ). Sometimes there may be delays, if my life gets insane I may even take a hiatus for a couple of months, but you're always going to get an ending to the best of my ability. The only consequences of this policy are that 1) I don't post new stories too frequently considering the commitment I want to make to anything I start, and 2) I'll mostly be posting one shots or short fics (again, considering the commitment I want to make to anything I start).
So, yes, I'm not prolific but I am dedicated Thank you all again for watching me, and I hope you like what's to come!

Ha. Over worked Luna probably means some grumpy Luna. I like grumpy moon horse. Look forward to how you explore her overworked state.
I'm curious how you're going to tackle the Dazzlings considering how it ended. As the amount of time between the comic and film isn't as expansive and/or maneuverable as was with Tirek and Sombra's stories. Or at least that's how it seems to me. Also, the Luna one just revealed the preview. In my opinion at least, it has potential and adds a bit more to the lore and her character.

And that's great to know. It is rare to see authors that see their fandom hobby work through to the end. Good thing I decided to follow you then. Heh.

Yes, grumpy Luna definitely makes some appearances soon.
But the princess sleepover later gives her a chance to have some fun and loosen up. I really do think that awesome slumber parties must be one of her nightly powers.
I just finished the comic. Honestly, I was kind of worried that this would be the ‘comedy relief’ villain comic…and it kind of was. I’ve liked working with the darker stuff so far. But I’ve got a few slight ideas that I’m hoping to pan out into something that’ll work. As for the timeline…I personally don’t think they should have transported the Dazzlings to a clearly modern-ish human world (especially since a lot of little things in the rest of the comic make me think we’re dealing with a very, very, very early period in Equestria’s history). It just makes things so confusing regarding if time passes at a different rate between the two worlds, how long exactly the Dazzlings were imprisoned, etc.
But it’s there, and I’ll work around it somehow without violating any canon (crossing hooves 
). Overall, I did like the idea of Starswirl vs. The Dazzlings, and there was some great stuff in this comic, but I was hoping for more of an origin story like we got with Sombra and Tirek. Are there other sirens? Do other sirens use their magic for good? Where do the sirens come from exactly? But it is what it is, and I’m just grateful Chrysalis and Luna are getting saved as a couple of the best for last.

I try to balance this writing with my personal/professional writing, which is why updates can only happen a few times a month at most, but I’ve learned a lot about myself as a writer through fan fiction and I enjoy producing it (and I know the pain of writers suddenly abandoning stories you like), so I like to keep as professional an attitude as I can toward this as possible.
