So I've been working on Cheerilee's story as well as Zecora's since the last blog update. Cheerilee's story has not shown up yet as proof reading it has taken longer than expected. But at least it's getting proof read before you read it, right?
Zecora's story has been difficult to do. It's the the rhyming itself, so much as there's a certain 'flow' in her speech that is hard to maintain. Particularly when one is trying to get her to do dirty talk. Which is something I have to do, or I'd feel I'd fail myself if I didn't have Zecora say a bit of dirty talk in the story!
As such, I'm taking a break from writing the Zecora story, though I have every intention to finish it, and attempt to write something completely different to change things up. A 'Fun In The Sun' contest has been brought to my attention, although it's thread has been filled with people becoming very angry at the host(s) of said contest. Anyway, reading it gave me an idea for a different style of story. A story where you, the reader, get to decide how it ends. Somewhat.
The story? 'You' have become a judge of a swimsuit beauty contest.
The contestants? Nightmare Moon and Nightmare Rarity. Hopefully 'you' can survive choosing a winner.

So, if I understand correctly, there'll be a chapter of the actual contest, then we vote, then outcome chapters with each winner?

Nope. It's a "choose your own adventure" story, with each 'chapter' being an option. Reading the story normally, a reader will find a link to the chapter of their chosen action ("Nightmare Moon wins", "Nightmare Rarity wins", "Jump out a nearby window and run for it.").
When your done reading the story, you can go back and re-read to see how another outcome turns out. Or just find your favorite over all.
