I made myself depressed while writing a chapter.
And not in the 'oh, I'm such a terrible writer, this is crap' way, either.
No, I had an idea for a chapter, and was playing out a scene in my head, and got depressed by what the characters were going through.
The fictional characters I was writing.
Going through the events I was putting them through.
And I got depressed.

Some people should not be allowed out of the house.
