Playing Music Live · 2:25am Feb 12th, 2015
There's nothing like it. I just played my first show opening up for a professional band with my jazz combo (if anybody remembers me saying that I was focusing on music and stuff, it's going well). We didn't get paid or anything, but I got 20% off of my food at the bar we were playing at, so technically I got paid $1.10 an hour for a half-hour of playing. It was awesome. But I'm not making this blog to brag about crap, but to announce that I'm going to write some more crap in the next few weeks. Now that I'm done this show, as well as playing Cliffs of Dover on the clarinet (which I'll probably put on youtube at some point if I'm not too lazy), I have some time which I can use to write more of, and hopefully complete, Daring Do & The Lineate Latus. It will probably be another half dozen chapters or so, maybe more if the story merits. I have a general idea of where the story is going, but not a very good idea of how many chapters that story plan translates to. But anyhoo, look for that in the coming weeks.
You're the writer of Daring Do and the Lineate Latus?! I love that story sooo much!!!

No problem! It's that kind of wonderful stories I hope to produce one of this days...
