Today is not too much a day of major progress but most about rearranging what I already have. Due to TheSorcerersApprentice's and Diamond dust's commentaries, I decided to ad a little more of dynamic to the narrative, alternating between Twilight's computer and actual action.
Another change here is that I gave more camera time to Doctor Hell, co-big bad alongside with Galvatron. I felt that the preentations made in the Prologue chapter were way too rushed and he didn't appear in the first chapter. So, in return, I gave him a character establishment scene.
The last change is that, since nobody complained about the inclusion of Shiro Sagisu's Destiny (you did hear it, right?), I decided to include its sister piece Fate from the same composer.

And now, the draft for the second half:
[pony that could be Lightning Dust or Flash Sentry] arrives Manehatten during a siege directed by Baron Ashura (one of Dr. Hell's minions) but as always, the barrier made by the element of generosity holds strong, keeping the ponies inside safe.
Then Ashura commands a new mechanical beast, Bazin B9, that has a very dangerous ability; manipulate gravity.
Using it's powers to override the magical barrier, it successfully disrupts it enough to enter the city. They try to defend themselves with both, regular weapons (bullets and explosives) but naturally, the mechanical beast is too strong.
[pony that could be Lightning Dust or Flash Sentry] goes to the Project M's main facility, where s/he hopes to find some of the AM (anti mecha) weapons developed during the years. [pony that could be Lightning Dust or Flash Sentry] encounters Flim and Flam. They explain him/her that Manehatten's facility doesn't storage weapons, but instead it's a test facility, and the only thing available is the Mobile Suit Prototype; The Tallgeese.
[pony that could be Lightning Dust or Flash Sentry] decides to pilot it, but Flim (or Flam) stops him/her and explains that the Tallgeese is not even close to be safe. Due to its powerful boosters, the Tallgeese puts a lot of strain on the pilot, producing acceleration of about 15 Gs. During it first (and only) test flight, it severely wounded Princess Luna, and the calculations states that any other pony would have died.
So, [pony that could be Lightning Dust or Flash Sentry] has to decide, let the Mechanical Beast destroy one of the last standing cities or sacrifice himself/herself to buy some time to evacuate.
