Some Good News -- Some Bad News · 3:37am Feb 1st, 2015
I have been seemingly missing for some time. I have posted no new stories, and Lord of the Ponies: The Search for Harmony still remains On Hiatus. That isn't going to change anytime soon, and I am actually considering cancelling the story altogether. Despite what I hoped for my LoTR/MLP crossovers, I am having a hard time justifying further contributing to that story as I feel like a fake who is using the fame of LoTR to gain popularity. Plus, my editor has up and disappeared on me.
But there is a silver lining: I have a new story that I will post very soon. This is an original tale in a trilogy that I will develop. Plus, it has a new editor.
As such, the first chapter of The Kingdom of Diamonds should be posted sometime within 2 weeks. I plan to have it out before I leave for California on Feb.16.
I hope you decide to continue working on Lord of the Ponies: The Search for Harmony. It and The Lord of the Ponies: The Friendship of Equestria are the best LOTR- related crossovers on this site and are enjoyable to read more than once.
If you do decide to cancel The Search for Harmony, I will be greatly disappointed
. However, this new story in the works will most likely soften the blow.
2761021 Well, since you like the story so much, I am further convinced not to cancel it. I'll have to see about working on it VERY casually: with university and my new story, there is little time for much else. But thanks for your support. I hope that you enjoy my new story,
I dont know what others think but i know i beleive that you have taken the lotr movies and given us an honest to god good adaptation and i love that and truth be told you are a fantastic writer and i hope to see more from you
