So I was gonna write a lot, but then guess what? My computer cooling fan went out. And the frame started cracking. So I sent it out for repairs because it's under warranty. So in a week or two I'll have it back. Which sucks, because I'm 2000 words into the Fluttershy story. It's turning out so well. It has far more emotional depth than I planned.
On the flip side, Far Cry 4 is almost the same game as Far Cry 3, but it's fan freaking tastic.

That's why I'm glad I have both the laptop I am using to write, loaned to me by my dad, and my gaming rig, which I will only use as a backup if this machine quits
Could be worse. My college roomie kept one of two ancient laptops alive by swapping parts to the currently working one, buying aftermarket cooling fans that just happened to fit, and bridging a gap between CPU and heat sink with a penny coated in thermal paste.
Curse you and your computer problems while I'm anticipating this new story.
I was tempted to pick it up during the sale recently, but my computer would pee itself running it.
Ugh. You're the third person on fimfic that I've seen have PC problems within the same week and I was the first.
(Though I'm luckier since mine's a desktop and I have testing tools, so I was able to track down the problem and source a replacement PSU within 12 hours... still, the PSU was one of the few parts I couldn't replace immediately from bits in my closet.)
Wow, how good is your computer that it can run far cry 4? Also, far cry 4 is the first game that revolutionizes threats. Honey badgers are more dangerous than bears!
