Season greetings, Twilight's Library and "I'm not dead!" post. · 12:15am Dec 26th, 2014
First of, I'm not dead.
I don't have the itch to write (blogs) all the time or interact with people that follow me or those who don't. If I say that I had taken my time of fimfic, that would be a blatant lie, since, in case you haven't spent much time on Twilight's Library, I spent a whole lot of my time there sorting and reading through the stories dwelling in the Incoming Folder.
I don't want to get into details behind what happened, it's just... things happened, which resulted in (temporary) closure of the Library. And speaking of which, you should give hugs to its founder, which last week almost drowned in stressful aftermath.
On a lighter note, there wasn't that many stories published this year, however, next year, this should change. Here is the gist of what I plan for next year:
- Finish Broken Wings and Promises (missing 2 chapters, but pending rewrite of at least first one)
- Multi-chapter TwiDash story (ratings unrevealed as of yet)
- Short Scootaloo story
- Short Apple Bloom story
- Likely another RariJack story
And, of course, riffs should be back as well.
Next year should be a good one.

Thanks for your contributions to Twilight's Library during the course of its run. You provided me some great advice and helped plenty of other writers. I'll go give hugs to Arcum42 and I'm excited to see what you'll be writing. I hope things are going well for you.
Just to be clear, there are a lot of people at Twilight's Library that could use hugs after this, including you, Sir Truffles, Skeeter the Lurker, Mayhem Darkshadow, Winter_Solstice for getting promoted to admin within a day or two of the closing, and pretty much anyone on active staff. Extra points for anyone hugging LuminoZero.
And the closure is temporary in that it hasn't been decided whether it's permanent yet, mostly.
