I will be visiting family for the holidays until Sunday and will have limited access to the internet. Due to holiday festivities and other recent events, there will be no blog this week. I may be able to put something together for next week, but we will have to see what time will allow.
In any case, the Library drama seems to be fizzling out. Thank you to everyone who PMed or helped out in other ways. Your support was greatly appreciated. Please continue to be with the rest of the staff. We all messed up. Now we've got to sort ourselves through the grieving process and figure out what to do next. I am still trying to fully comprehend what went down this year and why it happened that way. I hope a week's distance will help me put together a more level-headed retrospective on exactly what went wrong and what admins in other groups can learn from it. Until that time, nothing to do but soldier on.

Hopefully you find a better place to be than there. I'm guessing you're going to stay, but I'm hoping you won't. Your talent really deserves a more dignified group.
