*SeaBreeeze is working on her restoration Invention when Mirrorverse Luna lands inside with Ahutizotl on his back who hops off*
Mirrorverse Luna: We have come for our glorious leader Nightmare Moon!
Nightmare Moon: I am here Luna.
Mirrorverse Luna: Master I am not worthy, I am worthy! I- *notices Nightmare's deformed, paralyzed body* what happened to your body?
Nightmare Moon: Long story.
Ahutizotl: So you didn't have voices in your head, *with a flash Ahutizotl turns into Mane-iac*
Mane-iac: You had a Nightmare in you're head! ah-hahaha-
*Luna back hoofs Man-iac interrupting her crazed laughter*
Mirrorverse Luna: I swore I would not fail you oh magnificent one, victory is at hand, and now is the time to crush the autoponies, into oblivion!
SeaBreeeze: What are you talking about who are you?
*Luna uses her hoof to force SeaBreeeze to her knees*
Mirrorverse Luna: On you knees Breezy scum, and bow before the great and glorious Nightmare Moon, supreme ruler of all Deceptiponies!
SeaBreeeze: Deceptiponies? but you told my you were and autopony.
Nightmare Moon: And I hated every moment of that humiliating sharad, but no more.
SeaBreeeze: What have I done?
*Luna uses her connection to the technology to pick SeaBreeeze up*
Nightmare Moon: Professor SeaBreeeze you can't go now, *drops SeaBreeeze in a horseshoe shaped chair* don't you wish to see the completion of that which you helped create?
*SeaBreeeze gasps as she see's her daughter's Harmony powered Key in Ahutizotl's hand, as he lowers it towards the restoration machine SeaBreeeze had been building around Nightmare Moon. A keyhole magical appears before the key is lowered into it. The key glows before bright lines start spreading across the machine. Needing more mass to complete itself, nearby metal is magically pulled from the walls which fly to the machine and start completing itself. Once it's done a bright light of the same color shines through the door of the machine. The door opens with a hiss and the light fades to nothing, revealing a restored Nightmare Moon, her eyes glowing white*
*On the roof Tirek has Rainbow Dash trapped near the edge of the building. The upper part of the tower starts glowing Aqua, but she fails to notice. Down below Twilight Sparkle, Rarity, and Apple Jack arrive at the base of the tower*
Rarity: Is that Tirek, with Rainbow Dash?
Apple Jack: Ah guess she didn't listen ta ya sugar cube.
Twilight Sparkle: Yes, it's becoming quite a habit.
*The rest of the tower glows the same color, finally gaining Tirek's attention*
Tirek: No it can't be!
*Something bursts from the top of the tower, stopping in the air the object is revealed to be Nightmare Moon. Seeing Nightmare alive, Twilight's only reaction is

Note: This is a continuation of YOU INTERRUPTED MY SPEECH! at the request of Diablo Corps10. I forgot to mention some fact I didn't explain in the last Parody, which I will explain here. The way Nightmare Moon controls the tech around her is via her mane, which could only be seen with inferred goggles. Even though she can't talk due to being paralyzed, she can use a form of magic called psychic magic which allows her to communicate via telepathy, and that's the extent of it. The only major plot hole I can see with my last Parody is the fact that even though she's paralyzed, she can still move her eyes and eyelids, which I'm going to leave unchanged.
So, Twilight Sparkle is Optimus Prime.
Applejack is Bulkhead.
Rainbow Dash is Bumblebee.
And Rarity is Prowl.
So who's Ratchet? I'm guessing Fluttershy, since Animated Ratchet was kind of a grump and Pinkie Pie would fit Animated Wreck-Gar much better. Though Pinkie as Ratchet would make the line "I can't exactly smile in vehicle mode, can I?" ironic.
It's perfect. I just wanna know if Tirek still has a problem with Nightmare's leadership. ...
