I can't download the thing over a school network, unfortunately. But, on general principle: whoooo!

I've been looking through some of the stories and the epubs seem to be cutting off before the end of some chapters. For the record, this is what I've found.

This Platinum Crown by Capn_Chryssalid
- Chapter Zero cuts off after the first paragraph and the rest of the chapter is lost. Have not checked the other chapters.

MLP Time Loops by Saphroneth
- Most of the chapters abruptly cut off after the first word the remainder of the chapters are lost.

I am using Adobe Digital Editions to read the epubs.

Thank you very much for you efforts and I hope this information helps.

Just a little extra info: the epub and html files downloaded from fimfiction.net for This Platinum Crown appear to be perfectly fine (at least for Chapter Zero).

Thank you very much for notifying me!

I've been aware of this for a while now though. This is actually the reason why Fimfiction dropped the formatting from EPUB files in the first place. Fimfiction's old EPUB exporter was not following the standard properly. This causes many e-readers to derp out. For example, FBReader:

Compared to when using a reader that handles the issue, such as Calibre:

Since my archive uses or mimics the old EPUB exporter, it has the same issue. A warning inside of the readme is long overdue, and I apologize for not having included it yet. Converting from EPUB to EPUB using Calibre will create a file which follows the standard, and which should work in all e-readers:

Disregard the centered text though, that is a bug in FBReader. I've been thinking about passing the files through Calibre before they are added to the archive. I'm reluctant to do that though since there is no way of going back once I've done that.

But perhaps it would be worth it for increased usability.

I only just noticed how much it's grown since last time! .4 gigs and over 10,000 stories, sweet!

Thanks for the info.

Uthat means all PSP 7masters FICA are in here right?

Edit: thanks autocorrect

2802037 Yeah I actually posted that prior to it extracting, every single one of them is there x)

Great to see someone doing this; I've started the torrent downloading.

Is there any chance of writing a user-friendly interface for searching the archives?

Great!

At the moment, not from me. Although I have one planned I don't have the energy to implement it right now. I might eventually start working on it, but there's quite a bit more I want to fix in the archive before I do. So, don't expect one from me anytime soon.

Perhaps somepony else will create one sooner.
