Did I mention that I also make videogames?
Anyway, one of my current projects is a Sonic clone. A 60FPS Sonic clone in Flash so everybody can play it (I've never messed with Flash before. But I found FlashDevelop, which lets me code a game like I'm used to doing, woo yay. ActionScript is close enough to C for me to feel comfortable). Substitute Twilight for Sonic and the Elements for the Emeralds and you have Twilight The Unicorn. It's a fairly faithful 2D Sonic recreation, with glorious Mega Drive music from the very magnificent InfinityDash. This one's gonna take some time and it's all hush-hush for the moment. The other one's a take on Rotastic, but with ponies. Again, in Flash (I started this project first, and it's what taught me how to push pixels around the screen in AS3). For this one, I needed some non-16-bit music, and so I rolled my own. For the title music, I basically grabbed every single piece of FiM music that I could find and stripped out all the instrumental parts, and I somehow made this thing:

Oh, so THAT'S how you embed a YouTube video. It'd be great to be able to change the video size and other embed options though. Hint hint, Mighty Knighty!

EDIT: Not completely true. When you're editing a blog post, you can paste the normal YouTube embed code and tweak it to suit what you want, and it previews fine. But it doesn't post fine, it gets unescaped back to plain text, hooray. So yes, you can embed to your heart's content as long as you want the default video size and options. YAY!

...I really must ask, are you at all interested in an Iji-esque RPG/platformer with ponies? Because honestly I've always wanted to write for an ambitious story-driven game project. I tried once, but...upper management was not all it could have been.
