As for the feminist thing, I think that modern 3rd-Wave feminists are a cause for many more inequalities and is the most unproductive kind. It's practically been co-opted by Social Justice bs to make it all about their feelings and is pro-corruption to suit their needs. I'm a pro-gamergate person and I've seen both the good ones and feminazies weighing in on the revolt.

I've also come to completely detest of EqD, though more for the fact that they're kind of a group of assholes at times. A friend of mine (his old DA had been DarkPlanetJohnson or something to that effect) had drawn a picture of Octavia shredding a guitar, and it got put into one of the weekly roundups or drawfriends things, without an artist given for the pic. As it was his style, with his sig on it, I sent in a comment saying "hey, you mentioned everyone else whose art got put up, so I'm not sure if you didn't see his name or something, but that picture's from here, so it'd be cool if you could give him some credit and maybe some clicks or views."

Their response was to pull the image, badmouth the artist for "siccing his rabid fans on our site because we posted his art without permission" and name-dropped me so I had people flaming me for almost two months whenever I posted a comment, no matter the comment's contents.

Not only that, but the pre-reader who "read" my friend's fanfic about Skyrim-styled ponies after the Great Unification of Equestria, gave it four bs reasons for not being submittable on the site. Reason 1 was his "poor use of third-person omnipresence" in a fic that's told in the first-person, his "shoddy past-tense" when we'd edited it for three weeks straight getting the present-tense right, his "crappy wooden characters" when the main character, whose PoV we're following, is under the effects of a drug to make him less resistant towards his execution, and also "the lack of Trixie promises it won't get submitted here" was the guy's last reason for failing it.

All in all, my friend and I have been crapped on by EqD all the while we've been nice, and it annoys me. Hell, my friend had to terminate his old DA and get a new one thanks to all the EqD Warriors that were bombarding him with ill-wishes and jeers for having the audacity to not know his art was on EqD.

2578273 The link isn't real, actually. Just colored the text for this one, to be honest, as his original DA account got pulled down and he never put up his old pics.

The Elder Scrolls: Equestria is the fic in question. The main characters are definitely somewhat wooden at first, but that's what character growth is for, and even though they're somewhat slow to change, their "woodenness" gets dropped rather quickly. But that's possibly just my opinion.

I really would've given the pre-reader more credit if they'd at the very least given examples of what they were saying, but they didn't even do that much.
