I've noticed that 'Dragonfire' is being received quite well, and I'm very glad, because I have no determined end in sight for it. Seriously, I want it to be the fic I can update indefinitely until there is no more story to tell from it. I'm pleased that people are liking it so much, especially as I haven't revealed even a fraction of what I intended to do with the story and the universe, and I sincerely hope that everyone continues to enjoy it for as long as it goes on.
With that in mind, I would like to propose an idea. I like to include others in things that I do, and in this case, it would mean characters in the story. If you would like to insert a character into Dragonfire, be it an OC or even yourself, please let me know, and I will endeavour to write them into the story somehow, hopefully as a side character vital to the plot but even if it's a background character mentioned in passing. Here's what to do:
-Post a comment on this blog post with the first phrase as "Character insert request"
-Detail your desired character, including name, race, appearance, gender, characteristics and personality, whether you mind/want them to die or be injured (just in case, it is a dangerous universe after all) and any extra information that you deem important
-Wait and watch
The more detailed you make the request, the more accurately I can represent them in the story. Please note that I may need to make certain changes or adaptations to fit your character into the canon of the story, but I promise to try and stay true to your wishes if at all possible.
