    I will never sleep

    Looks like I'm starting another fairly long multi-part story against my better judgement. I know exactly what I'm getting myself into. I will probably regret this in a few months.

So in the new chapter Lyra's finally gone into the Everfree Forest. Looks like she didn't find any cryogenically frozen humans or missile silos... Guess she just didn't go far enough? That must be it...

Fanfiction makes me wonder about the Everfree Forest. That place can do just about anything, there's all sorts of crazy stuff in there. Allegedly.

Anyway, I hope you enjoy the new chapter, and now I need to get to work on the next one. I think this once-a-week update schedule, while a bit slow, is going to work. Once I get back to school I'll have other things to worry about that do not involve unicorns. Sadface. But this story makes my life more interesting so I'll definitely keep working on it.
