'Sup, very few followers. · 10:27am Jun 17th, 2012
I'm sorry that I haven't been able to update at all. My dad has me on a leash for this year's grades, and is currently having me work in the garden for eight hours a day. I had to get up at 1:30 AM just to check on updates and get this out. Thankfully, my brothers don't care if I'm on the internet anymore, even though they've tried to get me in trouble for it during school, so when my parents are out, I'll try to write as much as I can.
I also have a few story ideas to share and want your opinion on them.
1.) Dan Martin: Pony at Heart
Sort of inspired by Friendship Contract.
After running away from home and his abusive parents on a stormy night, 6-year-old Daniel Martin confronts a god willing to give him a chance at a good life. The god sends him to Equestria, straight to the Elements of Harmony just after they defeat Nightmare Moon. The Elements are hesitant, but they adopt him and raise him as one of their own. Written as memoirs in first person. Follows Dan's entire life, from school to adulthood and keeps up with the series.
2.) Mare-Do-Well On Earth (Working Title)
After being blasted by some weird demi-god of chaos (you know who), Josh Barrett is cursed to transform into a shape-shifting, feature-less mare at 10:00 PM every night. So what does he do with this curse? Why, exploit it and become a superhero of course! Carries out like a long-running comic book series.
3.) Band Trip to Equestria
As some probably know, Totallynotabrony is allowing anyone to use his work to base stories off of while he's gone for several months. This is based off of the Battleships are Magic universe.
The Central High School band is ready for their annual band trip. Usually it had been different countries on Earth over the past few years, but after much convincing and fundraising, Edwin Propst was finally able to get a trip booked to Equestria's capitol for the Canterlot Music Festival. The shenanigans that happen on these trips are always wild, but in a land of magical talking ponies, anything is bound to happen.
I'm serious, literally anything happens on these trips. Like the one to New Orleans that happened this year. I didn't go, but I watched some videos and kept hearing references around class.
So, any suggestions?
Oooh, tough one. Either 2 or 3. 1 sounds pretty good too.
For the record, I think that last one would be hilarious.
OMFG! IT'S TNAB ON MAH BLOG!
179166, are you seeing this?!
How's my mane? Spiky as always? And my wings? Ok, they're good.
Okay, deep breaths. *inhale, exhale* You can do this, Abyx. He's just like one of us, only better.
305125 *Ahem, inhales* OMFG! IT'S TNAB ON MAH BLOG! I'll get started right away!
I'm currently writing a story that involves an 8 year old foal running away from her mom, so I like the first one
