Ok, so, I've been keeping an eye on the page views and favorites for my two stories, 'A Change of Face' and 'Life, Lies, and Love', since posting the latest chapter has caused a huge spike in both for both stories. So, sort of as a little 'thank you' to me fans, I thought I'd try throwing up a little challenge.
If both stories manage to make it to 500 favorites by, say next weekend, I'll work on a juicy little side chapter featuring Lyra and her little changeling mate for you all to enjoy. And by 'jiucy' I mean dripping and sticky.
Now remember, that's 500 favorites each. Both stories are right around 400 favorites at the moment, so it shouldn't be too much to ask, I don't think.
And yes, for those of you who are wondering, I have been reading a lot of clop-fics lately...

Hmmmm... normally I wouldn't be very interested in a side-story clopfic, but with one being a changeling... I swear, if this happens, you need to have Bon Bon change into somepony else without warning. It would be fucking hilarious if Lyra saw a green flash through her eyelids, opened her eyes, and saw that she was riding herself, or if you'd be willing to go a bit OOC, some famous pony like Sapphire Shores or something. Lyra would freak the fuck out for like, 5 seconds, before she figures out what happened and realizes just how kinky it could really get, having a changeling for a lifepartner.
And then you could have a d'aaaaw moment where Lyra explains to Bon Bon why she doesn't need to look like anypony but herself.
(also how it's kind of morally not-quite-right to use other ponies' bodies for things like that

Most likely becuse quite a few people favorite stories only to keep track of them, and since A change of face isn't updating anymore they don't feel the need to.
Don't think I'd have half the faves I have on my story otherwise
Hmmm...In retrospec maybe I should have set the goal for thumbs up, rather than favorites. Oh well, I'll still have something for you guys regardless. Maybe I'll make that a later challenge.

Let me rephrase: If it wasn't for the fact that the Author's page has him listed as having logged in three days ago, I would be worried about the author's health. Instead, I am just worried that he has abandoned the story, seeing as he has not updated his blog, or posted a comment for several months now.
