    Chapter Revisions

    So, when I began writing What Didn't Happen all the way back in March this year, I was using Open Office as my writing tool. It sucks! Well, its grammar helper does anyway. It 'corrected' many words to the wrong word and didn't catch some simple grammar things that you would usually expect a decent document editor to catch.

What Didn’t Happen: Completed · 12:41am Sep 4th, 2014

For those of you who like to wait until a story has hit that ‘complete’ status, What Didn’t Happen is now done and ready for you to dig into.

And for those of you interested, I threw together some fun numbers.

The first chapter was posted on March 17th, 2013, making the time span from the first day the story appeared to today 535 days long. Counting the epilogue, there are 25 chapters containing 227,816 words.

This makes the average chapter length about 9,112 words long, with the longest being 14,516 words and the shortest being 1,164.

If I had sat down to write every day, I would have wrote an average of about 426 words on this story every day.

And I ran face first into a writer’s block more times than I care to count.

Yeah, okay. All in all, this was a fun project to work on, and I've already got something picked out for my next one. Hope you've all enjoyed reading it.
