The story goes that six russian criminals were subjected to an experimental gas that enabled man to not have to sleep. The gas had nasty side effects. The story itself is fiction along with the image. The term "Creepypasta" comes from the aptly named site that users can post their stories for members and guests to read. It is essentially an internet Goosebumps for an older audience.
