Now that I have published my new story Are You Happy? I wanted to ask all of you the same thing, are you happy?
If so, why's that? What fills you with this feeling? A person? An object? A show, or book?
If not, why's that? What's taking away your happiness? Can I do anything to help?
You don't have to comment if you don't want, but at least reflect upon the question, and whatever it is that makes you happy, be grateful for it.

Of course then you have the question of if happiness is truly for the best? If you are happy, do you do as much good as if you are unhappy and trying to remedy the situation? Being satisfied often means being staid. It is the unsatisfied that move the ball down the field.
The best state is probably somewhere between happiness and unhappiness. Either extreme can be bad.
