This was initially meant to be posted as a chapter to Lilith, but I think it works better as a blog post.
Just a little sneak peek of my next project, Trailer Style.

Angel Grace sat on the train, flipping through the folder. Pictures of Discord, of the changelings, of various minor criminals, graced pages of incident reports.
There was an idea, to bring together a group of remarkable ponies.
Spiral Dream looked up at the building. Small, quiet, out of the way, not exactly royal guard nature. Just what had she been invited to take part in?
It is a truth of ponydom. You crave to be controlled.
Greymane took a seat, Cloud Prism nearby. While he had been initially invited alone, he had stated, in no uncertain terms, that his friend Cloud Prism would accompany him.
To fight the battles that threaten the very idea of harmony.
The pony styling herself Golden Luck joined the gathered ponies, looking around curiously. Somepony had gone to a lot of trouble to bring them all here.
“Welcome.” Princess Twilight Sparkle stepped out of the shadows, looking around. “I’m glad you all made it. The five of you have been brought here to form a very special…team. A team that will report directly to me, but have the authority to work all on your own.”
“Welcome to Project Starburst.”

Well, I guess Deep Sleep isn't going to be in this. Time to flip a table in butthurt nerd rage.
