I won't promote the fic, but just knowing that the collab idea I have been apart FOR THREE MONTHS, has been about multiple RDs and you will know exactly the fic sitting in the popular/featured box that has me typing today.
First, I am not reviewing the fic. I liked it well enough even though it had grammar sins and spelling errors apparent to the grammar illiterate like myself. No this blog post I suppose is more so saying that my collab is safe. We are taking a very different bend on this topic, we aren't going to try to weave some grand narrative over it all, and we (hopefully) won't be bastardizing Pinkie's character like him (Sorry, that part just, got to me).
However, this is also about the fact that this collab started back when the alts blogs were posted. Don't remember those? Don't blame you, they were made THREE MONTHS AGO! And no one has done shit! Okay, let me rephrase that. Just like the collab I started before that one, I'm the only one to have done shit. So yeah, this is mainly me venting some long building frustrations about works I really enjoyed working on, especially seeing as my collabs have included my first clop ever written, and this one has my first attempt at pony violence, and I think I did pretty well, and so do like the two/8 different people who have read any of my collab stuff. Btw, the whole 2/8 isn't a review score, that is how many people in my collabs have read my work for it against how many are in the collab.
Sorry for being so negative. I'm just so tired of this stuff.
I'm getting close to done with my half of our collab. Probably done this weekend. About 15k words.

I see why you're annoyed: I'm annoyed as well, but these things take time. We've haemorrhaged members, people like you and me who made up the original bloggers, and filled the gaps. We have had people quit mid-part and had no real organisation from the beginning.
I'm still waiting for Flint to clarify whether or not he's changing the beginning and to write the end. I need both to tailor the details correctly.
For now, please be patient. I can only speak for myself and can't assume the others are trying, but it will get done at some point. I think.
Oh, and mine's not as long as Noble's. once the ending (fitted to Flint's ending) is in, it'll be, if my memory is even vaguely accurate, about 3,000 words, give or take a few hundred.
I'm not good with drawing things out, but I gave it my all.
