So while there were many good guesses Eclipse (Shortened dramatically) finally came up with the correct answer, Guardian. I'm kind of surprised no one thought of it sooner, considering how good your guesses were and the name of the story itself. But then again, I was the creator so everything I make looks easy to me XD. Anyways I bet you all want to know what the secret of Ale's name means. Here it is...
Ale is short for Aleksi. Aleksi is the Finnish form of the name Alexis. Alexis, in Greek I believe, means defender, to take care of, or Guardian. That is how I came across the name of the story and its character name with one stone. Might be a lame secret, but I always wondered, when reading other stories, where the author had hidden meanings that only he or she knew about. I thought, hey I'll share one of those only I decided to make you work for it. Hope it wasn't too bad of a revaluation. I think I would like it if an author revealed something like that.
