I want to thank the 1007 bronies that favored the story thus far. 18 months ago I worked with a few online friends just bouncing jokes off them and putting together my own Discolight story. It was mostly out of frustration because all the other fan fictions just painted Discord as pansy or some kind of emo god chasing after a mortal being (Don’t you just love those Greek myths)
I have always pictured him as a semi all powerful bad ass hiding behind a jesters mask (with really bad social skill due to his superiority and nature).
So, for me, Discord falling for Twilight (which I do think is the most natural shipping for him) would be an internal battle for our favorite avatar of chaos.
I, never thought any of my writing would get this much attention this was for fun and self gratification, kind of like masturbation. 
I appreciate every ones support and admiration. So, again, thank you all and I am unworthy.
Now I want to apologize for the long wait and less then satisfying chapter ‘I am the Egg Man’
It was going so slow that I felt the need post something…anything. My wonderful proofreader is tackling the chapter right now and it will be updated. I am still working on T@D I just have so little time compared to last year.
Due to stress my humor is also out the window. I find myself drawn to write more action oriented work or politics. So add a little writer block for anything comedy related ….yea.
But things are still moving along don’t worry I’m going to make the week that Discord is in charge a very interesting one.
This is one of my favourites fics at the moment, there are way to few good Discolight stories. I really enjoy your take on Discord and Twilights reactions/relation with him, the setting and premiss is interesting and I am really enjoying the development so far! I actually also did enjoyed "The Egg Man" chapter quite a bit, as it has made me really curious to whatever Discord is planning and was a welcome interval from the rather action filled "Hooks, Strings and Panty Things" chapter.
I have always thought that Twilight should be able to relate/get along with Discord more then anyone else. They are in a way opposites of one another but still share very strong traits such as their intelligence, wit and curiosity, making their relationship extremely interesting. They both can have very extreme views/personalities/moments, but are at the same time capable of keeping up or at least deal with each-others shenanigans, creating a odd balance.
I'm really looking forward to more of this! Keep up the good work and let it take the time it needs!
