Getting Back On Track · 2:51am Jun 28th, 2014
Man what a two weeks it has been since I got back home. My wife left three days on my return to go back to the states with the guy she was cheating on me with (who was kicked out of the military mind you as a honorable with no benifits like his collage money) and the house was a utter mess with moldy food and unpaid bills that were a few months late. Ontop of that, the internet was cancelled (suspect has left the country) and my heat sink had cracked causing my pc to idle at temps of 90c. Thanks to an awesome friend, pc is working. And I got the internet back and the house is nearly clean and bills paid. I have two weeks left before I have to go back to work, and I am feeling the urge to write again.
So, like the title of the blog post, I am getting back on track. Delays on my stories will now be due to actually writing them and editing. I still expect life to kick me down again now and then. (Divorces after all aren't easy) But I have had chapter ideas flowing into my head all day, as well as some animatics I am contemplating on working on. Thank you all for the wait. Your support, understanding, and paitence have all meant a lot to me. Life is tough right now and I have few friends. But the idea I am making something you all enjoy, even if for but a few minutes of you day, really make me happy and one of the most looked forward to things right now in my life. Hope you all are doing good, and expect updates incoming as I get back into the swing of things.
I'm glad to hear your doing better. I can't believe she would let the house get like that though.
2240273 Yeah, I was surprised too. She is usually a neat freak and promised before I left for deployment and before she decided to cheat on me that the house would be clean and not left dirty like I have done. Hers however, was much worse than mine.
2240618 Huh, Well I hope you get it cleaned up easily enough.
That sucks man. At least you made it home safely after a deployment.
