New chapter out for Shifting Equilibriums

Been awhile. Work has taken the better part of my days, every day, for the past month. You can expect some meaningful content over the next several months as things calm down and I find myself with time not taken up by sleep or work.

While the chapter is somewhat short it's actually been taken from a much larger one that was growing too, well, large. I felt there was a great spot to pull a segment and end a chapter with and went for it. Hopefully it opened up some notions of other things and brings about more blocks to the story's foundation.
