A couple of things that I must explain from my DW universe:
1) The story is set in an AU from MLP, pretty much after Discord defeat but before Twilight gained her wings. Also is set between The Waters of Mars and the End of Time.
2) The Doctor has been in Equestria for some time. I wanted to write an episode where the Doctor was already in Equestria, so I don't have to write how the Doctor reacts to be a pony. Plus, I wanted to do something like 'Rose' or 'The Eleventh Hour', where we know something about the Doctor but that's not the main plot in the story.
3) It's the 10th Doctor (like most Doctor Whooves stories), but there will be references of the other Doctors, including the War Doctor, The Eleventh Doctor and, probably, the Nth Doctor.
4) This Doctor is not going to be Dinky's dad. Why? I simply don't like the idea. The Doctor is someone who loves running, fighting, crashing, defeating monsters and stuff, so I don't think he would stop doing those things to raise a family. So, Dinky out.
5) Derpy's last name is Doo. Why? No reason at all.
6) There would be some Doctor Who enemies, monsters, creatures and allies. How they arrive to Equestria? Spoilers. Some of them (cybermen for example) would be ponified, the others, like the Daleks, no. Why not? I'll explain later.
7) The Doctor had been ponified, so, later, he and Derpy will be humanized. How, when? Spoilers.
8) I'm not an english speaker. If I make a misake, point it so I can fix it.
