Very quick and very short. I've seen both of them written here and there, but I wonder how is it correctly written.
I used to see it as two words sepparated. What do you think?

I think it's two
I believe it is "Apple Bloom." I remember seeing a couple stories rejected from Twilight's Library because they used "Applebloom" instead of "Apple Bloom" (among other reasons).
Apple Bloom, is the officially licensed toy name, show name and even spelt that way in all the IDW comics.

It's Apple Bloom. If you look on the mlp wiki you can find out lots of things.
I'm pretty sure that its spelled with the two words, but I enjoy writing it as one. I think it looks better that way.

The canon listing for the youngest Apple sibling is Apple Bloom (two words). This is shown in:
