Last Minute · 11:17pm Apr 26th, 2014
Dear Princess Luna,
Today I learned that leaving editing to the last minute is a bad idea. I'll admit that this isn't much of a lesson - come on, who didn't already know that? - but today has really driven that thought home. I should have posted a chapter fifteen minutes ago. Now, I'm past my deadline and I still can't work out how to get this final paragraph to end. I'm getting closer than I was an hour ago, but it's simply not working well for me. I should have the chapter up before the sun rises, though, so I'm sure that counts as "today", right?
Perhaps in future I'll do my editing in advance, rater than realising that my chapter doesn't really end half an hour before my submission deadline. Even a basic proofread last week would have been better than this.
Your faithful student,
Quill Scratch
