More MLP human nations. · 1:29am Apr 19th, 2014
So I figured that I could add a few more nations to my MLP human world and I would love to expand on the MLP/human world I'm working on so here's a list of new nations I have added. So here they are.
The Commonwealth of Acadia-This country borders the United States of Karelia to the north. It is a constitutional monarchy which used to be a territory of Britannia. While it is independent from Britannia it still recognizes the Britannian Royal family as the official executive head of state. The Acadian's enjoy hockey, drinking, and making fun of Karelians. Obviously this nation is based on real world Canada. Shoutout to popeswagcannonIXtheseal for suggesting this one to me.
The Confederation of Deutscherland- A country located in the center of Europa (the MLP world equivalent of Europe) this mountainous nation is peaceful. While it still has an army and air force, it has declared permanent neutrality and hasn't been at war in over four hundred years (although it did mobilize it's military a few times most famously during GW2). It's capital is Zurich and because it has embraced free markets and capitalism, it is one of the richest human countries. It is permanently neutral and is not a member of any organizations or alliances except the Alliance of Nations. Deutscherland is based on real world Switzerland.
The Democratic Republic of Oessia- Commonly called North Oessia by the rest of the world, North Oessia borders to the north of South Oessia. While North and South Oessia were once a unified nation, after GW2, the Oessia peninsula was divided into two along the 38th Parallel. A communist government was established in the north while a constitutional republic government was established in the South. North Oessia is ruled by an oppressive communist dictatorship which governs the daily aspect of all the humans and even a few zebras and ponies whole live there. Citizens in North Oessia are brainwashed into thinking that the USK and Equestria are "imperialist" nations who want to conquer and destroy their land. While it hasn't been confirmed by Karelian military intelligence, it is believed that North Oessia may have access to nuclear missiles and megaspells. North Oessia is obviously based on North Korea.
The Democratic Federation of Sao Paulo- the largest country in the Amazona continent, Sao Paulo is arguable the most powerful of the Amazonian nations. Sao Paulo is a very powerful state and makes most of its GDP via fruit and coffee exportation. However, despite it being a democratic nation, it's government has a history of corruption and has a real nasty habit of imposing harsh regulations and laws on its own citizens. Sao Paulo is based off of real world Brazil (and I named it after Brazil's largest city). It's capital is Rio De Janerio.
The People's Democratic Republic of Bolezuela. Bolezuela is also a South Amazonian nation which borders Sao Paulo. It is ruled by a socialist president. While it is technically a democracy, the Bolezuela president has so much political power that is uses loopholes and other tactics to rig elections and ensure that the Bolezuelan socialist party stays in power for as long as possible. While it proclaims to be a rich successful state, it is rampaged by political corruption, oppressive laws, and shortages of basic essentials. The only thing that keeps the country's economy going is its supply of oil and other natural resources. Bolezuela is based off of real world Venezuela.
The Islamic Republic of Ayegypt. Ayegypt is is a nation in the Arrida Continent (the MLP equivalent of Africa). Ayegypt has an interesting history as some of the first advanced human civilizations were formed there thousands of years ago. Today, Ayegypt is ruled by a religious Islamic government although it is currently going through a state of civil unrest. Despite attempts to bring peace, Ayegypt doesn't get along with Azarael and the two nations have a history of armed conflict with one and other. Ayegypt is largely based off of Egypt.
The Alliance of Nations- the Alliance of Nations, commonly called the Allied Nations or AN, is an intergovernmental organization which most of the world's nations are members of. The AN was formed at the end of the second Great War to prevent future wars and promote world peace. While it is an organization of over 190 countries, the AN is run by the Security Council composed of the "Big Six": the United States of Karelia, Romancia, Britannia, the People's Republic of Zebra, the Tiberian Federation, and Equestria. Despite it's good intentions, the AN is constantly troubled with corrupt politicians, incompetence, and mishandling of AN charters. The Allied Nations are obviously based on the real world United Nations.

Dude, very awesome to see that someone has made a nation with my homeland name on it. It was pretty cool the Bolezuela, a mash up of Bolivia and Venezuela. Hooray for country diversity.
