Getting to know me

Twenty-One things about me that don't even come close to explaining the who, but scratches the surface of the why

1) Who are you really?
Interesting question. Let me pose it with another question. Who are any of us? Why do we exist? What is our purpose? Okay that was three questions. So, going back with who am I really? I'm a human being, a male, older than twenty, and younger than forty. I exist therefore I am.

2) What is your job, aka what do you do?
Again, what do any of us do? I suppose if I was to put a label on what my day job is I'm an employee of a college university currently working toward fulfilling the dreams of young college students in regards of receiving their degrees. If you stopped reading at fulfilling dreams and went into a darker area involving something out of a porno then you dear sir or madam are incorrect... I'm not at the Zack and Miri level yet thank you.

3) What is your dream job?
I want my writing to support me and my darling wife. I would love to know that what I am creating is popular enough, stirring enough, and amazing enough to bring in enough funds that we could live off of them.

4) what are you doing to achieve this dream job?
I'm currently talking to several publishers, and getting my name out there.

5) What drew you to MLP?
My older brother. No, seriously I'm not kidding. Back in the eighties my older brother loved to watch Generation 1 MLP. Hell, he had the original movie on VHS and wore it out. I know the Smooze song backwards and forwards. I sometimes just bust out singing it for no reason. Anyway, despite life giving a bad hand of cards he was always upbeat and loved to make people smile. So, watching the 80's version of MLP with him wasn't too bad. Hell, after he passed I would still find some of the old tapes and put them in. I kind of walked away from the fandom for about ten years, and then someone introduced me to Dr. Whooves and Assistant. Seriously, I didn't get drawn in by the series, but rather by the fan created stuff. I was just about fed up with how the DC fandom was going and finding the Brony community to be so accepting, inviting, and reliving so many good memories I just came inside and made myself at home.

6) Does anyone know about you being a Brony/Pegasister/Clopper?
First... Brony. I'm a dude. Second... I really don't like to separate Bronies/Pegasisters from Cloppers. Sure, Cloppers like to read erotica, but then again so do normal bronies some of the time. So I'm just going with Brony. Now, does anyone know? Well, a good part of the folks at work know I am thanks to me sharing Mr. Davie's Cupcakes and Smile HD with them. Also because of that I've inducted a few others into the herd.

7) What inspired you to write MLP Fanfiction, if you have?
I've enjoyed writing fanfiction before, and what inspired me to write MLP fanfiction is the chance to experiment. I've wrote for other fandoms, but I've just really enjoyed playing around in MLP:FIM. It's been fun.

8) What is your favorite ship/ships?
Nothing against anyone but I'm not big into the mane six getting down to business together. Hey, nothing wrong with them being homosexual, but I don't know it feels kind of odd to write Pinkie Pie burying her muzzle up inside of Rainbow Dash while she hoof's Twilight. Naw... Sorry... So for me it's Dr. Whooves and Ditzy, I also enjoy Candace and Shining Armor (because there is a ton of awesome stories that can be told there), and I do like the idea of integrating humanity into Equestria. I should also say that I am a huge Button Mash/Sweetie Belle supporter.

9) What story would you possibly want to experience first hand if it was possible?
My Little Dashie without question. I'm serious. If I was to experience a story, a fictional story from any part of the fandom I would want to experience My Little Dashie.

10) Which pony is your favorite Pony?

11) What's your favorite Episode?
Okay, again I didn't actually get into the series itself until I was already in the fandom following fan created content. I was well into the radio show of Dr. Whooves and Assistant before I decided that I should really watch the show. Also, I want to take this moment and thank ocarinaplaya for making the animated series, and I hope that he'll continue it soon... So favorite episode from what I've first started watching is Dr. Whooves and Assistant Episode 1. But, if I want to go with the cannon series I'm going to say one of my favorite episodes is Sleepless in Ponyville.

12) What's your favorite fan made animated, live action, radio, or live action and animated feature or series?
Okay... If I'm going to go with series it comes down to being a toss up beween Dr. Whooves and Assistant and .Mov. Feature is a toss up between My Little Dashie the Mini Movie, Button's Adventures, Cupcakes HD, and Smile HD.

13) What about Fan Fiction? What is your favorite Fan Fiction?
Wow... Way to put me on the spot... Okay again I have a list. Mainly because it's a little too hard to choose just one... So here we go...

14) What story are you the most proud of?
I'm an author. That said I find so many faults with my own writing I'm usually not really proud of it. There's always something I could improve on. That said... I suppose I could say that I'm pretty proud of the following stories... Mainly because they forced me to write a little outside of my comfort zone and focus on sad instead of dark, action, or comedy.

15) What story have you had the most fun writing?
I pretty much enjoyed all of the the stories. I'm going to say that An American Werewolf in Equestria, My Little Dashie Campfire Story, Violation, or Zone-tan's Trip to Equestria, Tired and other stories (A collection of the Doctor and Ditzy Doo Short Stories), Awe and Thunderstruck, Button and the Dungeon Master, and Playing a Game (Or Making Button) have been the most fun. The others are fun, but these stories have been written when I've been in a good mood (most of the time), and I think that it's reflected through the writing.

16) What's the most frightening thing you've ever seen?
Not much scares me. I wish that it did, but eh... Scariest thing I've seen has been a huge dead cow in the middle of the road while I was doing eighty. yeah, that's the scariest thing I've Ever seen.

17) Saddest moment(s)?
My brother's death, my mom's Death, and my Dad's death in that order.

18) Happiest moment (s)?
Surprisingly my Wedding Day (seriously I was jazzed as hell about it), Every Christmas with my parents, getting my first truck on my own, and should I be so blessed the birth of any children.

19) Favorite Superhero?
My first favorite and always loved is Dr. Who, but I'm not sure I would say he's a really a superhero, but rather a wonderfully written and well rounded character. So with that in mind I'm going with John Constantine. Good old Hellblazer version of John. He's an awesome character, flawed, but still does the right thing. If he was a pony I'm fairly sure he would have knocked up Twilight, slept with Rainbow, befriended Fluttershy, Tried to find out what Pinkie was taking, Ended up living at Sweet Apple Acres and using persuavive magic to end up in Applejack's bedroom, had Rarity pissed at him, and basically ended up being called upon to help with some of the magical aspects that Princess Celestia doesn't want Twilight to mess with. Dark stuff that can twist someone.

20) Favorite Anti-hero?
Going with the old DCU and DCAU version of Lobo. The Main Man is a lot of fun to mess with.

21) Favorite Villain?
The Master. Seriously, he's awesome. Granted I like the joker, but the Master is just twisted on a whole new level.
