Hey my homies. Wazzup? This is all about Fallout Equestria: New Vagus Related Roleplay. How many of you like Fallout? Do you like My Little Pony? Do you like roleplaying? Then this is the best place to be! All you need to do is this:

Pick two Perks. (* mean that I have them)
Beautiful Beatdown: Gives a 10% reduction to the action point cost of all unarmed attacks.
Animal Control : Gives increased damage against Mutated Animals such as Mole Rats and Geckos. Every
0 Mutated Animals creature type kills will
grant one rank of this perk. The damage bonus progress as follows; Rank 1: 3%, Rank 2: 6%, Rank 3: 10%
Abomination: Gives increased damage against Abominations such as Deathclaws and Centaurs. Every 50 Abomination creature type kills will grant one rank of this perk. The damage bonus progress as follows; Rank 1: 3%, Rank 2: 6%, Rank 3: 10%
*Silver Tounge: Add +1 to cherisma and +10 to speach
Bug Stomper: Gives increased damage against Mutated Insects such as Radscorpions and Giant Ants. Every 50 Mutated Insects creature type kills will grant one rank of this perk. The damage bonus progress as follows; Rank 1: 3%, Rank 2: 6%, Rank 3: 10%
Camel of the Mojave: All water items hydrate 15% better.
Day Tripper: Makes all chem effects last 33% longer.
Dine and Dash: Gives the option to take Human Remains food item from a corpse to allow them to eat later.
Closterphobia: You gain + 2 to every S.P.E.C.I.A.L skill when outside, but suffer -6 inside.
Must be a Legionary: You have the option to crusify cuvilians and gain 30 EXP everytime you do. You will also be Idolized by Discord's Legion, The Great Kahns, Powder Gangers, and for some reason the White Glove sociaty? But you will be Vilified instantly by The NCR, Kings, Crimson Caravan, Freeside, and The Strip.
NCR Soldier: You have a +1 to both strangth and Luck with +10 with guns and explosives. You will also be Idolized bthe NCR, Kings, Crimson Caravan, Freeside, and The Strip. But you will be Vilified instantly by You will instantly Vilified by Discord's Legion, The Great Kahns, Powder Gangers, and for some reason the White Glove sociaty?
*No longer Legionary: With a constant reminder, your character gains 30% Damage to legionary Assassins. But your life loses 30% faster.
Eye for an Eye: You gain 10% damage for every cripaled limb for a total of 60% Increase.
Chem Addict: You gain 40% Damage when using chems but suffr -3 to endurance when suffering from withdrawl.

Lastly make a story & Discription of your character. Example:
DISCRIPTION: Jason has black hair. It's short and spiky. He has a burn on his cuttie mark I.E he quit the Legion. He now wears the NCR Riot Gear.

Stroy: Jason was born in The Divide until Ulysses kicked him out at 7. Discord met Jason one year later when the starving colt tried to steal some rations the Legion was carrying. Discord saw potential in him, since nopony spotted him until he made it to the middle of the camp. Discord then treated Jason as his own. When Jason turned 26 he failed a killing a NCR Spy before news of their HQ. Jason was punished by taking off all of his cloths and forcibly burning the Legion flag on his body. After that, he got a bullet in the head as the NCR raided the camp. He was knocked unconsious. That was until Shimmer Knights, a NCR nurse, found him. She didn't know who he was, what he did, or that he was a Legionary Assassin. She nursed him back to health. The instantly fell in love. He even became a NCR Ranger to work with Shimmer. That was until Jason came home after being shipped to the Hover Dam to see Shimmer Knights bloodied...and crusified. There was a note on his house door that read, "GO HOME JASON! THE DIVIDE CALLS FOR YOU!" When he arrived at The Divide, it was different but Ulysses was waiting for him. Jason was JUST able to talk him out of attacking him. Jason now travals the waste with Ulysses at his side. A really messed up pair
