Fucking Hasbro

So I got home from work and was browsing through my newsfeed when I saw a screencap from a youtube inbox.
The inbox of concerned belonged to JanAnimations, who produced videos such as Buttons Adventures, Let's Go and Meet The Bronies, and Pony Parody Don't Mine at Night.
The message in question was a Cease and Desist requesting that Jan remove all his pony related videos on copyrighted grounds.
This is a punch to the gut for the fandom on so many levels. Firstly, since he did a collaboration with Tara Strong for the BronyDoc which got released on dvd (which I own), wouldn't Hasbro have known about it? And why did it take this long for them to cotton onto him?
Secondly brings to light that we know Hasbro are going around issuing C&D's by the sound of it, who is next? What channels/videos are next on the chopping block?
Guys, we are not safe anymore.
