Hi there! If you saw this pop up on your notifications, and blinked, thinking to yourself, "Who's this Habanc-guy? Didn't he do that thing or another?" then I'm not terribly surprised. I used to be around FimFiction a lot, once upon a time. I think my last story was published in January.

    Update

Hi! Sorry about going dormant (especially to my skype buddies, who I miss greatly), it's just that life is throwing some serious one-twos right about now. Not in a bad way, but more of a "Hey this is important stuff for your career" and "Go write a dissertation on Virginia Woolf" and "Dude this is why you came to school, go make cool sounds and stuff".

The Tipsy Ramblings of a Bored Complainer

So, the semester ended last week. I can sleep now! And then, imagine my surprise as I woke up yesterday morning, to find that my laptop charger had melted. Hurray! No writing or anything until Monday! I'm typing this all on my phone and that, on it's own, makes me want to scoop handfuls of toxic Vegemite into my mouth! Woohoo!

So what did I decide to do?

    I'm alive, I suppose. (Updates)

School's been raging on for awhile now, and I have been more busy than I'm used to. Needless to say, going cold turkey from three meals a day and eight hours of sleep to one-and-a-half meals and six hours of sleep hasn't been too wonderful the past few weeks. Isn't college fun?

I was bored. · 3:05am Mar 12th, 2014

And impatient. And craving some Twiluna. And deprived of said ship.

Ta-da!:

A chill overtook Luna, traveling from the tip of her horn down the the base of her spine. Wasting no time to even think, Luna rose from the bed and, taking her first steps, grabbed her hoof.

“Twilight, come here,” she said softly. Setting the unicorn on the bed, she wrapped her in a hug. “It'll be alright.”

“I- I- I was j- ju-” Twilight sobbed into her shoulder.

“No, shh,” Luna cooed, rubbing her back. “You needn't explain anything.”

“B-but,”

“Twilight,” Luna whispered, “you are safe now.”

Twilight, offering no further resistance, allowed herself to weep. She was quaking, her muscles trembling as the pent up emotions from the past two and a half days evacuated her system. Tears stained Luna's coat and mane, the alicorn's hoof massaging up and down her back as the moments ticked by. Slowly, her sobs began to lessen. Her breaths were deeper, her tremors dying out. By the end, she hung limply, held up by the alicorn's grasp. Twilight let herself breathe in through her nose, inhaling Luna's relaxing scent. She was right, she was safe.

Like the slow creaking of an ajar door, the two fell apart.

“I- I'm sorry,” Twilight mumbled.

“It's fine, Twilight.” Luna cooed. She pushed Twilight's mane back in place with a hoof, drawing it across her cheek to dry her tears. “There we go, just as pretty as I remember.”

Twilight blushed from the sudden display of affection. “What me? I- no,” she muttered, unable to come up with anything else.

“It's true,” Luna continued, lifting her chin up. “You shouldn't hate yourself, because there are so many wonderful things about you. All I am trying to do is remind you of one in particular.”

“I...”

“Oh goodness, did I speak too strongly?” Luna's face sank. “I am sorry.”

“No,” Twilight shook her head, “it's just- I'm ordinary. I'm nothing special, and after these past two days I've become a monster. You shouldn't...”

“Shouldn't what?” Emotions roused, the words came tumbling out the alicorn's mouth. “I shouldn't see how beautiful and intelligent and determined you are? I shouldn't be secretly head over hooves about you?” Luna put her hooves on her shoulders. “You are the most wonderful pony I have met in my whole thirty thousand years. You make me want to be better, you make me melt when you smile, you... you...” She took a ragged breath. “You twist my heart when you do this to yourself. Please, stop at once, or I'll have to keep you from saying such lies.”

Twilight sat there, mouth ajar. “Luna... I- I can't. Can't you see what I've done?” she lamented. “I've become a pony who destroys others, who-”

Her words were, as promised, cut short as Luna moved in, grabbing her by the sides, and *static* *pop* *more static* *the stream cuts out completely*

Whoops, looks like I ran out of writing juice. Sorry, everybody.

Sorry, but this is 98% fake.
