Stories updates · 12:24am Feb 19th, 2014
With today(Feb. 18th)'s Trauma Center: Equestrian Opinion update out, I've been looking over my other stories, and realizing that it's been quite a while since I last updated either of them. So, this blog will cover my thoughts and plans on each of them.
First up, Equestria Jinxed.
During a recent attempt to write the next chapter, I came to the realization that my initial (extremely vague) plan for the story wasn't going to work. Namely because said plan was almost literally "Jinx arrives in Equestria, gets arrested, no, seriously. Spoilers. Like, this would completely ruin the next chapter if I told you. Move along, nothing to see here, and, pretty much immediately thereafter, Jinx returns to Runeterra and everything goes back to normal."
You can see why this doesn't work. There's no real plotline; no purpose to the story. It would have been four chapters, tops (and that's pushing it quite a bit), and in the end there would have been a feeling of "okay, so what was the point of that?" And the answer is, there would have been no point.
The TL:DR of it is: my current plan doesn't work, so I'm hoping you can all forgive me for taking even longer with this next chapter as I try to figure out where I want this story to go. At the moment, I'm thinking more of a travel-based adventure, in which Jinx, no spoilers for you, and possibly the Elements of Harmony must travel to the far corners of Equestria in order to find a new portal to Runeterra. The only problem would be finding new ways to keep it exciting and have things to write about, instead of just saying that they traversed said distance...
Anyway, on to Legion's LoL one-shots.
I honestly don't know if anyone still cares about this, but the fact of the matter is that I just haven't had any good ideas until very recently.
However, you might have noticed the until in there...
Yup, that's right. A new one-shot idea came to me, and (at least in my head) it's all coming together pretty well. No idea when it'll be done, but I'm working on it.

And for your works, we wait with hungry eyes.
And pitchforks.
I'm looking forward to seeing more from you.
I like how you completely burn away all the fluff from Equestria Jinxed as you did. Going along those lines, you could pretty much boil every piece of fiction into: this isn't really; there's no point. Not that I actually think that, but I'm just saying, one could do that...
Also not sure what TL:DR means, so elaboration would be appreciated.

While that may be true of any fiction if you simplify it far enough, the problem with my initial plan is that that wasn't a simplified version of the storyline. That was it. Literally no lasting impact was made. I wanted it to at least feel like something had changed as a result of Jinx appearing in Equestria beyond needing to get a new statue.
TL;DR stands for "Too Long; Didn't Read," and refers to a very basic summary of a longer point. Yes, I accidentally used a colon instead of a semicolon, which is what it's supposed to be.
Write on,
Legion

I know I have little right to say anything about those Storys of yours but: why not?
I tihnk it would be a nice thing to have a that simplyfied 'storyline'.
