Ron Jeremy Pony

What to say about me... I'm a novelist, I enjoy writing Fanfiction (seriously I like it. Although I mainly do Justice League or Highschool of the Dead), and thanks to Dr. Whooves I found FIM.

    Damn, a Year?

Well, consider my ass surprised. I looked and it's been a year since I've posted a blog. First, allow me to apologize for that. Next, allow me to go ahead and fill everyone in on what's been happening in my life up until now. So, as most of you likely know I've been working a day job, but I've been writing as well. Currently I'm working on a light novel series, and I'm hopeful that it will

Rune Soldier, Happy Hearths Warming, and Merry Christmas

So, for those of you still following the stories that I've written, or helped write, Rune Soldier by L0rd0f7hund3r has a new chapter written. I decided to work on it during my Christmas Vacation (One of the perks of working for a Beauty College), and wrote a nice little

    Other stories

I've had a few questions about other stories that I'm working on. Original fiction, fan fiction, and the like. If anyone really would like to read some of it I'll be glad to leave a few links to the various Google docs that I'm working from.

    Still here, mostly

Hi everyone. So, I'm sure that most of you have noticed that I've kind of gone silent. I've been working on original fiction, and honestly I've written another novel in the process. I will continue my fanfictions, but the original fiction has more or less taken presidence in my writing. I've been developing worlds, creating characters, and loving every moment of it. Between that in my job as

    Second Chapter nearly out

So the second chapter of Can't Snuff the Rooster is nearly done. I managed to get a thousand words in after work last night and right now I'm on break. I figured that I would drop a little update. On top of that it feels good to be writing fairly consistently. In other news I'm attempting to get picked up by either an agent or a publishing house for my original fiction. Of course if it

An Idea, but admittedly not a great one · 8:51am Feb 8th, 2014

“That's the great secret of creativity. You treat ideas like cats: you make them follow you.” Ray Bradbury

So, what is this idea that I have? What amazing thing has laid the first glimpses of a waiting, and wonderful, form in my brain? Well... The idea I came up with is a simple one, but one that could be fun. I say it could be fun because depending on how it is done and accomplished is what will make it fun. Basically the idea spawned from something a group of web 'toons' sites did back in 2000. Basically, they created a story and each site which took part made a chapter for it.

It was a mess, but a fun mess to watch.

That said, this would end up being a sort of Round Robin story. Lots of fun, and each author would post a chapter - Along with it's chapter number and title - on their page. So, what could we write about? There are dozens of stories over the mane six. Don't get me wrong I like all six of them, but I feel that we could really explore some of the background characters. Maybe the connection between the stories might not be much more than an interaction between the focal characters in each chapter (One toward the end of the preceding chapter, and the other at or toward the beginning of the next chapter).

I wouldn't mind to do this, not in the slightest, and I may go ahead and bang out a beginning chapter for this. If no one wants to join in it can be a stand alone, but if anyone wants to try it out, then we can see where it will lead us.

Rules -

Okay, I'm not a stickler for any kind of rules. You want a human in the story, go for it. All I ask is that you give that small connection between the chapters. Something that helps give them the connection it needs. While I am suggesting mainly background characters if someone wants to write a chapter over one of the mane six, go for it. But give the connection to the previous chapter.

Okay, let's do this and have some fun doing it!
