Scootadad after action report

So I'm happy to finally have finished my third story. I write the epilogue last month and just needed to be in the right head space to complete it. I'm not sure when chapter one of A Foal in Sane will drop, I may wait until the 14th when it looks like the Season Four Scootaloo episode will air.

While Scootadad was not technically self-insert fanfic at the time, last August, I was very much in a similar situation and it was therapeutic for me to put a fictional character into similar environs and sort of write him out of his box. While in August I was facing problems like Martin I can happily say now my life is very much like his life at the end of the story. The Nightmare Night confrontation didn't even have to happen, it just sort of exploded on its own.

I feel fanfiction's best use is to address questions the cannon show will not answer. The Scrivener stories are my effort to unpack inconsistencies and plot holes in Celestia's story and with Scootadad I wanted to present how I saw Scootaloo's family life. I hope you enjoyed it.
