Okay, admittedly, that one month estimate I made back when I finished Storm on the Horizon was clearly a bit on the optimistic side as I'm still not finished with Story 4. That said, if everybody's okay with waiting a little bit longer between updates, I can begin posting as early as sometime next week. Unfortunately, this means I won't be doing daily updates as I still need to actually finish the story arc. However, I feel that I'm reaching the point where I can bring things to a close in preparation for the next story arc. I'll be trying to post new chapters weekly, though not on the same day every week, since my work schedule changes from week to week, I have different days off every week.
With that in consideration, I have an awesome idea for making sure that all of my readers are made aware of the new story, since Knighty hasn't gotten whatever sequel notification system they've got in the works working yet. That idea is the reason it's going to be another week before I can actually release the next story.
Now that that's out of the way, I'll probably do another Supplementals blog next time.
I'm more then willing to wait
Sweet! I am looking forward to the next installment.
Also, I don't really care how long I have to wait. If you want to finish the story first, then do it. I won't mind either way. Though, whatever you prefer is what I prefer.
My bet on your notification system is falling into the influence of unnecessary epilogue syndrome that I've read so much about on the prior stories... with an author's note.
AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSss
Take all the time you need with the story. I would rather have a great story in two years than an alright story in two months, and you have already proven that you can write a great story.
Worth the wait, but still looking forward to it
If you want to finish the story do it, If you want to give us a taste do it. whatever makes you happy makes us happy.
Whatever puts less strain upon you is my choice.
The world rewards the patient man.
