Apprentice Ship Finale Incoming and Further planning

I am currently putting the finishing touches on the final chapter of Apprentice Ship. It will be up tonight, probably within a couple of hours. Why blog about it early? Because I'm silly, and excited to be wrapping up this project. Also, I'll be putting up a bonus scene involving Luna and her awkward antics. Because I love you guys.

Next up, I'm moving on back to Twilight's Bird Feeder. Chapter 3 will be getting a very slight edit to fix an outstanding logic issue (RD's reason for pursuing Twilight will be less out of left field). Chapter 4 is actually still mostly done, with a lot of the fixing it needed being in the latter portion of the chapter. All goes well, and I should have a proper fourth chapter up for ya before the next weekend.

I know it's been a long while, but I'll soon be getting in touch with the kindly folks who helped me with editing some time back to see if any of them are still up for helping out as I move forward. Apprentice Ship was never intended to be something to go through any honest editing, so I must apologize to all of you folks for the sudden drop in communication. I've got things much more sorted out in my life now, so writing won't be as sporadic as it was. If any of you catch this post, feel free to let me know your current standing on doing some more editing. I just need to know one way or another so I can try to pull an editing team together again.

Speaking of a team, ya'll might notice (down below) that I've got quite a bit of projects in planning. Some are being worked on, others are still just nebulous concepts in my head that I'd like to flesh out some day. Currently, I've only got one very dedicated friend(Thanks Blue!) to help me out with all this stuff. That's far from ideal. I'm looking for anyone who'd be willing to let me bug them about story stuff, and just otherwise talk to when I'm feeling chatty. The main thing I need from such people is the ability to bounce ideas around with me. A willingness to look at in-progress writing (via gdocs) and tell me if something is good or bad would be nice too. I don't need these people to necessarily be super-awesome at editing (that's what an editing team is for), but it's a plus too if you want to help with that.

I know that's asking a good bit, but some more friends like that would be super helpful. Naturally, friendship is a two way street, so I'm more than happy to return the favor if anyone willing to help me needs help with a fic of their own. For anyone interested (crossing my fingers) I do all my chatting on skype, so I hope that's not a problem. I'm not crazy enough to just throw my contact info into a public post, so PMs are preferred for exchanging contact info. Any questions about helping out (in whatever capacity interests you) can be asked in the comments here, or in a PM if you prefer. Of course, if you're just interested in hanging out and shooting the breeze on skype, that's cool too. I don't have nearly enough pony friends on my contact list.
